About Fairview Farm
Fairview Farm is a family-owned estate with over 100 years of history, transformed into an upscale rustic chic wedding and event venue in Powhatan, Virginia. Since opening in 2013, we’ve lovingly restored and improved the property to create unforgettable experiences for you, your family, and friends.
Event Spaces
Fairview Farm offers stunning indoor-outdoor event spaces, including multiple thematically decorated barns available year-round. Our picturesque lake features a spacious deck, dock, gazebo, and fountains, perfect for capturing gorgeous photos. The venue can accommodate up to 245 guests for ceremonies and receptions.
Unique Accommodations
Our one-of-a-kind historic lodging includes dairy barn and hay barn loft accommodations, a spacious farmhouse property, and an incredible game room building. We provide extended stay options such as weekend, weekday weekend, or day-only packages, with onsite accommodations for over 40 guests. Fairview Farm combines breathtaking views, amenities, and accommodations to make your event unforgettable.
