Fairview Farm Events is a stunning locale just west of Richmond, Virginia where up to 50 guests can stay for an entire weekend. Our address is 1660 Ballsville Road

What’s unique about our venue?
Fairview Farm Events has been an award-winning wedding venue since 2013. Our sprawling 115-acre lakefront property provides so much to do for a Weekend, Sunday or Weekday event.
We offer customized wedding packages set in an ADA-accessible rustic chic barn and pavilion with multiple ceremony sites. We decorate our barn by season, so it’s beautiful for spring, summer, fall, and winter weddings alike.
How many guests can we accommodate?
Our wedding barn can accommodate up to 245 wedding guests and up to 50 guests can stay overnight on our property.
What services do you provide?
We assist with entertainment, wedding planning, many other services, and offer props for your special day.
