Seven Summer 2026 Weekends, Newly Released
Our family rarely opens July and August for weddings, but this year, we’re releasing six exclusive summer weekends for couples seeking a relaxed, inclusive celebration at Fairview Farm, Virginia’s only fully restored century farm with transformed barns for lodging, farmhouse, game room building, ADA climate controlled reception barn, and all-weather pavilion!
Your Inclusive Summer Weekend Package Includes:
- Fully decorated venue and decor-you just need bouquets and personal touches
- Total reception with appetizers and full course buffet dinner choices, placesetting, servers starting at $35 per guest! No surprise extras fees and approved BYOB
- Weekend stay for up to 15 guests with extended vacation style stay option as early as Wednesday
- Optional Upgrade for a total of 40 guests at transformed barn lofts
- Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner site
- Ceremony + reception at climate controlled reception barn

Our farm estate in Powhatan, Virginia is a breathtakingly beautiful backdrop for your big event. From lodging to indoor-outdoor spaces to game room, fire pits, and lake views, we have everything you need for a memorable day or entire weekend with your loved ones.

Venue & Grounds
20,000 sq. ft. of facilities for an indoor/outdoor weekend, Sunday or weekday event.
2,400 sq. ft all-weather pavilion with chandeliers, bistro lighting, seating, rustic chic decor and antique bar. 2,000 sq. ft spacious fully decorated game room building with pool table, ping-pong, Foozeball, air hockey, gaming tables, pinball, multiple TV’s, a bar and a full-size refrigerator. Prep catering kitchen. Multiple scenic onsite areas that include a large pond with fountain, wedding in the woods option, multiple gazebos, porches and decks with bistro lighting and chandeliers. Ample lighted parking area with a parking attendant and large charter buses can easily access.
Accommodations
Weekend onsite accommodations for over 40 people. ADA accessible, two story rustic chic climate-controlled barn and restrooms. 20,000 sq. ft. facilities for an indoor/outdoor weekend, Sunday or weekday event. Renovated 3,600 sq ft 1915 farmhouse property with Bridal Suite wing to get ready in and included with basic or premiere package for the weekend. Linens and paper products are included with accommodations as well as fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers with regular coffee and Keurig coffee service.

Decor
Seasonally decorated with eclectic antiques including an original 1860’s pine 15-foot table farm table for the bridal party and three unique barrel antique walnut-top buffet tables.
Complimentary place settings. Props include a 1951 completely restored red Ford pickup, a 1956 vintage Ford pickup, an old red tractor and many more props. Other props include barrel cocktail tables, regular tables, vintage bars, lanterns, easels, table decor, and more.
Entertainment
Catch and release fishing at the large pond with dock. 70″ TV with Bose sound system at the barn and large dance floor. Multiple fire pits both gas and wood provided for your enjoyment.
