Fairview Farm Events Engagement Shoot Getaway Contest

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from February 17th, 2025 at time of publishing to February 28th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

  • Three (3) winning couples will receive an Engagement Photography Shoot by Picture Perfect Photography by Jessi Jo or Photography by Nicole Johnson, hosted at Fairview Farm Events, LLC as well as an overnight stay at Fairview Farm’s Haybarn.
  • Dates and overnight stays are first come first serve for our winners for dates during the month of March, 2026. 

4. Verification and Accuracy

  • All information submitted must be true and accurate in order to claim the prize.
  • Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and proof of identity before awarding the prize.
  • False or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification. 

5. Compliance with Laws

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

6. Release and Limitation of Liability

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility, liability, or damages arising out of participation in this giveaway.
  • Entrants also release Fairview Farm Events, LLC, its vendors, and affiliated partners from any liability relating to participation, acceptance, or use of the prize. 

7. Winner Notification

The winning couples will be selected on March 1st, 2026. Winners will be contacted directly by Fairview Farm Events, LLC through the information provided in their entry. Winners will have 48 hours to claim the prize and provide proof of identity. Once the prize is claimed, winners will be announced on Fairview Farm Events, LLC social media pages. Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to utilize any photos or media coverage from the winning couples’s engagement shoot on our public social media pages and external media outlets leading up to, during, and after the event takes place. 

8. General Conditions

Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
