Family-owned for over 100 years, our 115-acre farm estate in Powhatan, Virginia has been transformed into a picturesque retreat for your wedding or special event. We dreamed about this beautiful space and then began the work of restoring and transforming the farm. We opened in 2013 and continue to make improvements year after year so that your special event will bring you, your family, and your friends together to make memories that will last a lifetime! Choose from indoor-outdoor event spaces including multiple barns decorated thematically year-round. Enjoy fishing around our lake or from our new lakefront dock. Capture amazing photos on our gorgeous grounds. Our occupancy rate is 245 for the ceremony and reception. Our vacation properties will provide you with a weekend or overnight stay for up to 40 guests. We have the views, amenities, and accommodations to make your event spectacular.
