Fairview Farm Events Military Wedding Giveaway

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
 By entering, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • At least one member of each couple entering must be an active-duty military service member in the United States Armed Forces at the time of entry and selection.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States.
  • Proof of service must be provided through one of the following methods if selected as the winner:
    • Presenting a valid military ID in person,
    • Sending an email from an official “.mil” email address, or
    • Attending a live video call in uniform. 

2. Entry Period

Entries will be accepted from November 11th, 2025 at time of publishing to November 30th, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

3. Prize Details

  • One (1) winning couple will receive a wedding package valued at $25,000, hosted at Fairview Farm Events, LLC on Sunday, February 15th, 2026.
  • The giveaway includes a Saturday–Monday stay at Fairview Farm for the winning couple and 10 guests. (Saturday, February 14th, 2026 to Monday, February 16th, 2026)
  • Additional on-site accommodations for up to 28 guests are available but not included in the giveaway prize and may be booked separately. 

4. Venue & Vendor Terms

  • Fairview Farm Events, LLC requires multiple signed contracts agreed to by both individuals in winning couple that must be adhered to. This prize is not refundable or transferrable. 
  • All vendor contracts associated with the wedding will be created and implemented after the winner accepts the prize. Each vendor will enter into an individual contract directly with the winning couple. Fairview Farm Events, LLC is not responsible for any additional terms, costs, or conditions beyond the awarded package. Catering and alcoholic vendors are NOT included in giveaway. However, catering services are discounted through Sandlot Cafe. 
  • Fairview Farm Events, LLC requires a REFUNDABLE security deposit of $1000 to secure your date that will be REFUNDED to you within 30 days of your wedding day as long as the venue is left in “as found” condition. 
  • Each vendor is able to require deposits towards your package at their discretion. 

5. Verification and Accuracy

  • All information submitted must be true and accurate in order to claim the prize.
  • Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to verify eligibility and proof of service before awarding the prize.
  • False or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification. 

6. Compliance with Laws

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

7. Release and Limitation of Liability

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Meta from any responsibility, liability, or damages arising out of participation in this giveaway.
  • Entrants also release Fairview Farm Events, LLC, its vendors, and affiliated partners from any liability relating to participation, acceptance, or use of the prize. 
  • General Liability Insurance (covers guests and anyone on property) protects you and the venue and is required. A $1M liquor liability policy is required, naming Fairview Farm Events, LLC as a co-insurer. Proof of policies must be shared by email to Fairview Farm Events, LLC by Friday, January 2nd, 2026. An ABC banquet license as well as licensed bartender(s) are required IF you choose to include alcoholic vendors for your special day! Alcoholic vendors NOT included in giveaway.  

8. Winner Notification

The winning couple will be selected on December 1st, 2025. Winners will be contacted directly by Fairview Farm Events, LLC through the information provided in their entry. Winners will have 48 hours to claim prize and provide proof of service. Once prize is claimed, winners will be announced on Fairview Farm Events, LLC social media pages. Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to utilize any photos or media coverage from winning couple’s wedding on our public social media pages and external media outlets leading up to, during, and after the event takes place. 

9. General Conditions

Fairview Farm Events, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the promotion.
  • Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
